Hello all,

I've been doing a little online reading about blogging and apparently when one starts a blog, the thing to do is to have at least 3 blog posts ready to go for the first week...oops.  Since the new site launched , and the first eNewsletter going out , I've been receiving with open arms many emails from you with feedback, story and article ideas and suggestions of what you'd like to see on the Flourish site.  Thanks to all who have got in touch, and don't be shy to share with other flourishing women in the comments section at the end of this post or here.

Something I'm very pleased about with this website is having the opportunity to share up-to-date and lots of content with readers on a regular basis. For example, at Flourish we receive many books from all over Australia to be reviewed, and in the past we haven't been able to tell you about as many as we would like, or do a more lengthy critique.  That all changes now with our regular book reviewers on the case reading up on soon-to-be-released titles that we'll showcase here. Lezly Herbert has been reviewing for Flourish for many issues now, and I'm looking forward to reading her thoughts on some of these books. If there's any book in particular you'd like us to review, please let us know and we'll contact the publisher and see what we can do.

But for now...wishing you a safe and fun-filled Easter break whatever you'll be doing.  I'm heading south with my family to beautiful Bridgetown for most of the break with a stop off at Witchcliffe then Binningup on the way back to Perth next week.
