Follow your life for one week, noting everything you eat and drink, including snacks and all exercise perfomed to see if you're on the right track to a flourishing life... page 198.
RELAXATION AND WELLNESS DIARY
Take some time out and do something for yourself everyday to enable you to relax and compose your thoughts. Write down what relaxes you and refer back to it often and keep a record of time taken out to relax... page 199.
